Nationally known jazz/old school/classic oldies but goodies expert and former music program director for citywide concerts and cabarets / MC and host of R and B Soul and Classics, DJ C’s smooth voice is familiar to jazz audiences as host of A Touch of Jazz Show at WPEB 88.1 FM in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

From West Park Housing in West Philadelphia, DJ C learned about jazz and rhythm from his record spinners and cd playing friends. He grew up listening to pop rhythmic music, dance music, gospel music, as well as reggae music broadcasting on the top radio stations. In high school DJ C mixed funk, and soul from the late ‘60’s through the early ‘90’s studying how musicians played instrumentals in bands.

DJ C generously donates his time to community causes, involving peace, anti-drugs, and music education workshops.

Join Michael Jackson fans from all over the World here in NYC on the one year anniversary of his passing, June 25th. We will hold a Fan Dinner & Remembrance at the legendary Sylvia's Restaurant in Harlem on June 25th from 6pm-9pm. Fans will gather to share memories of Michael and to meet MJ fans from all over the globe. The evening will include a Fabulous Dinner, Entertainment and Surprises! Followed by a Processional Candlelight Walk to the LEGENDARY APOLLO THEATRE. Where we will join fans across the world and sing Michael's Song "CRY".

New York was a special place in Michael Jackson History – It was in New York, that the Jackson 5 were discovered at the Apollo Theatre, It was New York- that Michael lived-while he was filming the WIZ, where he filmed his spectacular "Bad" video , it was New York's Madison Square Garden – that Michael Performed his last concert for his Anniversary tribute and so, much more.

Radio City Music Hall: site of the famous onstage kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards between the King of Pop and his then-wife, Lisa Marie Presley, in 1994.
